3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We do not provide services to individuals under 18. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.

Submission of a consultation does not guarantee prescription, treatment, or supply of medication. All prescribing decisions are made solely on clinical grounds.

5. Clinical Decision-Making

All treatment decisions are made at the sole discretion of the prescribing clinician.
We may:

  • Request further information
  • Advise alternative care
  • Recommend GP or emergency review

We are not obliged to prescribe medication even if payment has been made. Where treatment is not appropriate, fees may be retained to cover clinical review time.

6. Patient Responsibilities

7. Identity Verification

As part of remote prescribing safeguards, you must provide:

  • A live image of yourself

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if identity cannot be satisfactorily verified. Providing false identification may result in refusal of service and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Prescriptions & Dispensing

Where prescribed:

We are not responsible for:

  • Postal delays
  • Delivery errors by courier
  • Loss after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect address details provided by the patient

Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned due to regulatory restrictions.

9. No Emergency Service
Our services are not suitable for medical emergencies.
If you experience:
  • Severe symptoms
  • Chest pain
  • Breathing difficulty
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Any urgent medical concern
You must contact NHS 111, your GP, or 999 immediately. We accept no liability for use of our service in an emergency situation.

We are not liable for adverse outcomes where:

11. Treatment Refusal & Discontinuation

  • Refuse treatment
  • Suspend treatment
  • Discontinue treatment

At any time where clinically necessary or where Terms are breached.

12. Fees & Payments
Fees are clearly stated at the point of purchase. Payment is required before clinical review unless otherwise stated.
Fees cover:
  • Clinical assessment
  • Professional review
  • Prescribing decision

Fees are not solely for the supply of medication. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.

13. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical services:
  • Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once review has commenced
  • Medications cannot be returned once dispensed
Refunds may be considered at our discretion where legally required.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third parties
